My Guest today is Dr. Christopher Medina, aka coach. For 7 years he was the Head speech and debate coach for The great Debaters the team from the 2007 Denzel Washington Movie. His team was the best Speech and Debate team in history with over 3,500 awards and 60 of them national championships. He has a PHD in Leadership and a Masters in communication, he also built a multi-million dollar financial services firm in the early 2000s. In todays episode we talk about leadership, HBCUs and how communication is the key to running a successful company as well as saving this country.
