In this episode I wanted to talk about some of the lessons that can be learned and applied to business and life post election. While many media outlets have been saying that the presidential race is completely over I wanted to clarify that legally there are still possibilities that would flip the election. I wanted to talk about the 4 huge lessons that we can take from DJT and not quitting in the face of overwhelming defeat, unity, good publicity and having a core audience.
Last week we had some big IPOs with AitBNB and doordash which means that there are new billionaires in the world. I go into a bit of detail on which one I see lasting long term but overall there is a question of morality and if during a worldwide pandemic is it right to go public and get rich while the rest of the country burns and millions lose their jobs and houses because of the lockdown.
Finally I want to know your price for selling out America. There are a multitude of patriots here in the country but there are also a lot of people who believe money is more important than country. If you knew everyone around you was selling out the country and there are not any consequences for them would you do the same? If you knew that your business and other countries where your products were made used slave labor would you still continue to work with them? What if you knew that the countries top athletes, entertainers, businesses and even the president of the country was selling out America would that change your opinion?
